At the same time, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality results for R&D and commercial projects.\nWhat You'll Do:\n\u2022 Set up, conduct, troubleshoot, analyze, and interpret experimental measurements of superconducting quantum devices\n\u2022 Characterize and calibrate quantum devices and circuits and evaluate key device-performance parameters\n\u2022 Develop and improve measurement protocols and experimental methods for device characterization\n\u2022 Develop scientific software, measurement, and data-analysis workflows\n\u2022 Analyze experimental data, identify trends and sources of error\n\u2022 Prepare and handle samples, including mounting and basic hardware assembly\n\u2022 Contribute to reliable and reproducible measurement procedures and laboratory workflows\n\u2022 Document experimental methods, results, and conclusions clearly\n\u2022 Collaborate closely with the team and communicate technical results to colleagues, collaborators, and clients\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys experimental problem-solving and is comfortable moving between hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and scientific programming.\nRequired Qualifications:\n\u2022 MSc in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer science, quantum engineering, nanotechnology, or another relevant STEM field\n\u2022 Hands-on experience independently setting up, conducting, troubleshooting, and interpreting experimental measurements\n\u2022 Experience with scientific programming and data analysis\n\u2022 Comfortable with practical laboratory work, including sample handling, mounting, and basic hardware assembly\n\u2022 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an interdisciplinary team\n\u2022 Good written and spoken English\nMeritorious Qualifications:\nYou do not need to have experience in all of the areas below.
