Kosta Boda Art Hotel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Wave Group AB.\nAbout the Position\nWe are now seeking a receptionist at 60% who will work both at our main reception and at the SPA reception.\nAs a receptionist, you are one of our most important contact points with guests. You welcome our guests, assist them during their stay, and ensure they receive professional, personal, and warm service from arrival to departure.\nThe role is varied and suits you if you enjoy working with people, like solving problems, and appreciate a workday where no two days are the same.\nResponsibilities\nIn your role as receptionist, you will, among other things:\nwelcome and check in and check out our guests\nmanage bookings and booking requests\nprovide information about the hotel, SPA, restaurants, and activities\nhandle payments and other reception-related administrative tasks\nanswer questions via phone, email, and in person\nwork at both the main reception and SPA reception\nensure that our guests receive personalized and professional service\ncollaborate with other departments at the hotel to create the best possible guest experience\nhandle and resolve various situations that may arise during a guest's stay.\n\nWho Are You?\nWe seek someone who is positive, service-oriented, flexible, and takes initiative, and who enjoys working collaboratively with others.\nYou love meeting people and have a natural sense for service and hospitality.
