In this role, you have the opportunity to influence your workday while delivering high-quality dental care to our patients and contributing to the development of Swedish dentistry together with your colleagues at Aqua Dental. To thrive in this role, we believe you have an efficient work style combined with humility toward patients and your colleagues.\nIn your role as receptionist, you will be responsible for the clinic's reception, where you are the first person our patients meet when they arrive at the clinic. You will handle everything from bookings to payments as well as invoice management. In addition to this, you will assist with additional administrative tasks and interact with patients by phone. You will have the support of another receptionist colleague at the clinic.\nThis position is a part-time role at 70% with a start date by agreement.\nWe are looking for you who:\n\nHave experience from service-oriented work\n\n\nAre passionate about always delivering the highest quality service\n\n\nHave good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\n\nAre flexible with working hours\n\n\nAre accommodating and communicative.\n\n\nInterviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
