You welcome visitors, assist members and tenants with their ongoing questions, and ensure that conference guests have a smooth and professional experience. Your responsibilities also include handling deliveries and catering, conducting tours, and writing quotes and confirmations to new members. Additionally, you're responsible for ensuring that conference rooms are in top condition, including managing conference technology so that meetings and events run flawlessly.\nYou will work in close collaboration with both a site manager and other colleagues in the same role, creating a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
