In addition to daily operations, your work will include developing, planning, and driving the business forward, as well as inspiring and motivating all team members. It's also important that you have financial acumen and take responsibility for the department's finances, as well as maintain close collaboration with the hotel manager.\n\nAs Reception Manager at Cape East, you will be responsible for staff and have full budget responsibility for the reception.
