You'll work with the entire flow from ongoing accounting and payroll to monthly reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nHandle and post supplier invoices and administer payment approval flows.\nCreate payment files and post completed payments.\nReconcile bank, Swish, accounts receivable, tax accounts, and collection accounts.\nMatch incoming payments against customer invoices.\nFollow up on overdue customer receivables via email and phone.\nConduct monthly payroll processing.\nReconcile internal invoicing between Tell Sverige AB and Tell S\u00f6dra AB.\nPerform monthly reconciliations and ensure correct balance sheet entries.\nReconcile inventory and other relevant documentation.\nEnsure monthly reporting is completed by the 15th of each month at the latest.\nAnalyze monthly results and comment on significant deviations.\nPrepare quarterly liquidity reports.\nHandle self-invoices, pass-through invoicing, and recurring billing documentation.\nContribute to efficient, documented, and scalable accounting processes.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\n\nYou have several years of experience with independent accounting work and are confident in the entire accounting flow.
