Since we grow through acquisitions, you will be an important part of integrating new operations, harmonizing processes, and developing our digital working methods.\n\nYou will work closely with our Chief Accountant and Business Controller and have the opportunity to influence and develop the accounting function as the group continues to grow.\n\nThe position is located at our headquarters in central Helsingborg. The role may also involve travel to the group's operations to a limited extent.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOngoing Accounting: Responsibility for continuous bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and invoicing.\n\nFinancial Statements and Reporting: Independently prepare monthly financial statements, annual accounts, annual reports, and corresponding tax returns.\n\nPayroll Administration: Management of payroll for companies in the group.\n\nProcess Development: Drive digitalization and streamline our accounting processes as the group grows.\n\nExternal Contacts: Responsibility for contact and collaboration with auditors and authorities, such as the Swedish Tax Agency.\n\nSuitable Background and Qualifications\n\nTo succeed and thrive in the role, we would like you to be confident in your craft, experienced with digital accounting systems, and have a genuine interest in developing working methods and processes.\n\nEducation: Relevant post-secondary education in economics\/accounting, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience: Good experience with ongoing accounting, independent financial statement preparation, and payroll management.\n\nRegulations: Good knowledge of accounting according to current K3 regulations.\n\nSystems (Merit): Experience with Fortnox, Capego, and Visma L\u00f6n is a great plus.\n\nPersonal Qualities\n\nWe are looking for someone who is organized, driven, and thorough.
