The finance function is in a transformation phase, giving you the opportunity to work broadly and contribute to how accounting work develops.\nLocation: Stockholm\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage ongoing accounting and account reconciliations\nWork with monthly financial statements and reporting\nHandle accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as payment flows\nManage VAT reporting, including international VAT flows\nPartake in bringing parts of accounting in-house and establishing efficient internal processes\nEnsure quality and structure in accounting processes\nParticipate in the upcoming system replacement and development of system support\nIdentify and drive improvements in digitalization, automation, and work methods\nMaintain contact with external accounting partners and other relevant stakeholders\nProvide accounting-related support on other finance function matters\n\n\n\nQualifications\nPost-secondary education in accounting, finance, or equivalent\nSeveral years of experience with qualified accounting work\nStrong experience with ongoing accounting and financial statement preparation\nGood understanding of VAT, preferably with experience of international VAT flows\nGood system proficiency and interest in digitalization and automation\nStrong Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written\nExperience from an international operation is a merit\nExperience with system implementation, process development, or automation is a merit\nKnowledge of K3 is a merit\n\n\n\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented and who enjoys taking responsibility.
