The office has a total of approximately 20 people in various roles, and the accounting department consists of 4 employees. The role is broad and independent, where you participate in the pastorate's accounting work and are responsible for an external parish.\nYou work with the entire ongoing accounting process and become an important part of the pastorate's finance function.\nKey responsibilities:\nOngoing accounting as well as customer and vendor accounts.\nHandling, posting, and payment of vendor invoices.\nInvoicing and internal invoicing.\nReconciliation of accounts and financial reports.\nHandling of payments, receipts, and corporate cards.\nAdministration of approval workflows.\nHandling and accounting of collections.\nMonthly and annual closing of accounts and participation in the annual report.\nOngoing bookkeeping, customer and vendor accounts, account closing, and budget process for the external parish.\nFinance work related to foundations and certain handling of financial assistance.\n\nYou have many contact points and collaborate daily with parishes, colleagues, and suppliers.
