The group has annual revenues of approximately 600 million SEK and has been part of listed company Addtech since 2020.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nIn this role, you will have primary responsibility for the company's ongoing accounting and will work closely with the business on monitoring, analysis, and improvement of our financial processes. You will handle payroll administration for 32 employees and report directly to the Finance Manager.\n\nExamples of job duties:\n\u2022 Ongoing accounting including supplier invoice processing\n\u2022 Preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliation of selected balance sheet accounts\n\u2022 Payroll administration\n\u2022 Communication with accounting firms in North America, Norway, and Germany\n\u2022 Reporting of intrastat, VAT, and periodic consolidation\n\u2022 Administration related to foreign VAT and transport support\n\u2022 Support with budgeting and forecasting\n\u2022 Continuously identify improvement opportunities and work on process efficiency and digitalization\n\u2022 Reporting to the owner\n\u2022 Other ongoing administration, including office supply procurement\n\nYour Background\/Your Qualities\n\nWe believe you have a degree in economics\/accounting or equivalent work experience in qualified accounting work, preferably from an accounting firm.\n\nYou are comfortable working in Excel, have good English skills, and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute to the company's development.\n\nAs a person, you are easy to work with, unpretentious, and curious about taking on new tasks.
