Qualification requirements for education and experience according to \u00a7 44 of Act No. 283\/2021 Coll., Building Act, met by:\na) an authorized architect who has been granted authorization in the field of territorial planning or without field specification according to the authorization act, or an authorized engineer in the field of urban engineering,\nb) a natural person who has higher education recognized for authorization in the field of territorial planning and at least 18 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration, or\nc) a natural person who has higher education in a study program belonging to the field of architecture and urbanism, construction or geography and at least 24 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration.\nAn official who does not meet the qualification requirements may perform territorial planning activities of the territorial planning office until such requirements are met, provided that they perform this activity under the expert supervision of an official meeting the qualification requirements, for a maximum period of 3 years.\n2.
