You lead and coach our store managers and ensure that our stores work toward common goals while each store receives the right support based on their circumstances.\nYou serve as the link between the store and central functions such as logistics, marketing, purchasing, HR, and finance. Through present leadership, regular store visits, and strong business acumen, you contribute to a high level of customer experience, sales, and profitability.\nThe role involves regular travel within the region.\nYour Main Areas of Responsibility\n\nLead, coach, and develop store managers in the region.\n\n\nRecruit, onboard, and develop future leaders.\n\n\nConduct development, goal-setting, and salary reviews.\n\n\nBe responsible for the region's sales, results, and profitability.\n\n\nMonitor key metrics and translate insights into concrete improvement measures.\n\n\nEnsure that stores work toward common goals and business plans.\n\n\nDrive initiatives that strengthen sales, customer experience, and efficient operations.\n\n\nConduct regular store visits and follow up on operations, procedures, and working methods.\n\n\nPromote sustainable staffing and efficient resource planning.\n\n\nEnsure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.\n\n\nContribute to close collaboration between stores, region, and support functions.\n\n\nBe an active part of the company's operational management work\n\n\nWho Are You?\nWe believe you are a confident and present leader who helps people grow.
