You'll naturally receive proper introduction and onboarding to get into the role properly, and then the support you need to develop.\n\nAbout the role\nAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be an important part of our recruitment processes and have the opportunity to work broadly, from finding and attracting the right candidates to participating in selection, interviews, and quality assurance. We primarily work with roles in tech and IT, but also in sales, finance, administration, HR, and communications.\n\nExamples of responsibilities:\n\nSearch and proactive candidate outreach\n\nScreening, selection, and phone interviews\n\nInterviews and reference checks\n\nCreation and publishing of job postings\n\nSupport in client and recruitment processes\n\nContribute to developing our methods and processes\n\nThe role is broad and develops with you.
