You'll contribute to developing our recruitment work and our approaches for onboarding and employee experience.\nIn this role, you'll have many touchpoints and the opportunity to work broadly with issues that are important for Region Blekinge's long-term talent acquisition. You'll be part of an environment where development, collaboration, and future competence needs are in focus.\nAn important part of the role is to plan and implement activities that strengthen Region Blekinge's employer brand. This could include recruitment fairs, events, information meetings, study visits, and various activities with schools and educational institutions.\nYou'll have extensive contact points and will collaborate with the HR function, managers, and operations within Region Blekinge, as well as with regional development, IT, educational institutions, schools, other regions and municipalities, authorities, and external suppliers.\nAbout You\nYou have post-secondary education, such as a vocational college degree, university degree, or university courses in administration, HR, IT, pedagogy, or another area that the employer deems relevant.\nYou have experience with coordination and\/or administration in larger projects with many contact points. You're used to working in organizations with many different operations and professions and thrive with creating structure and momentum even when you need to hold multiple perspectives together simultaneously.\nYou have good knowledge of the Office suite and are familiar with digital work methods.
