We are now recruiting a principal for the adapted primary school.\nYou will lead and develop the pedagogical work within the adapted primary school, which currently operates across four different school units. You will also play an important role in ongoing development work and in shaping the future adapted primary school in Vetlanda Municipality.\nAs a principal, you ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students. You are responsible for operations, staff, finances, and working conditions. You lead systematic quality work and operate according to the school's goals and governing documents.\nIn this role, you work closely with the schools and have a clear focus on school development. Together with the staff, you develop methods and instruction to strengthen quality and goal achievement. You plan, follow up, and evaluate operations and take an active role in the schools' development work.\nAs a principal in Vetlanda Municipality, you are part of a collegial network together with other principals in primary education. Together you work to develop the entire primary school operations in the municipality. You meet regularly, both in the management group and in operations-focused collaboration formats.
