You work close to the operations and create engagement through participation, clarity, and trust.\nTogether with the assistant principal, you are responsible for the overall operations of the schools, including school development, personnel, finances, student health, work environment, and systematic quality work. You drive development processes, follow up on results, and lead operations toward established goals.\nYou will become part of the municipality's principal group and receive support from the administration's various support functions. You build trusting relationships, have strong analytical skills, and can lead both daily operations and change with clarity and composure.
