TAKK, visual supports, and clarifying pedagogy are a natural part of our daily work.\nThe preschool consists of three departments, divided by age, with a total of 45 places.\nYour Role\nAs director, you hold overall responsibility for the preschool's operations, staff, and development. You lead the pedagogical work and ensure that the operation is conducted in accordance with current guidelines and the preschool's Reggio Emilia-inspired approach and language development profile.\nYou work in a small organization with short decision-making paths, where you and the staff drive development forward with a focus on quality, structure, and a good work environment.\nThe role is characterized by close and present leadership.
