You will manage your own group of approximately 10\u201315 consultants (primarily mechanical engineers) with an initial focus on growth. This means you will recruit relevant expertise while working with colleagues to identify business opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will have personnel and sales responsibility in a flexible role where you develop your team and customer relationships effectively.\n\nQualifications\n\nWho are you?\n\nWe're looking for someone who is positive, business-minded, and a team player motivated by building strong relationships with customers, employees, and colleagues.
