Your team develops the platform for our new decision and case management system, which is built on Pega.\nWe work product-driven and agile with inspiration from SAFe. All development is planned in periods and we collaborate cross-functionally.\nWhat will your role be?\nThe role has two main responsibilities: you are Scrum Master for the platform team and release coordinator for all teams working on the Pega platform. In smaller assignments, you sometimes step in as a technical project manager.\nAs release coordinator, you are responsible for working with the team to set the standards and milestones that development teams must achieve before release. The work is cross-functional and you collaborate with many parts of the IT organization \u2013 from server-level teams and product owners to other development teams, the Service Desk and other stakeholders.\nThe platform team and its sister team Center of Excellence have a coordinating role among the development teams. In addition to our own development, we also coordinate the deliveries of other teams.\nThe team has broad expertise. We develop common functionality that is reused by product teams, build robots, ensure data delivery to teams building data warehouses and advanced analytics, and maintain both the Pega platform and the underlying infrastructure. Right now we are transitioning from servers to containers in Kubernetes.\nThe team is large and broad. Therefore, one of your most important tasks will be to find working methods that keep the expertise broad \u2013 so that more people can work in multiple areas, without everyone having to be involved in everything.\nYou work in a structured manner and continuous improvement is a natural part of your daily work.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for you \u2013 a confident leader with technical understanding and a coaching approach.
