The work includes, among other methods, cytotoxicity assays, advanced multicolor flow cytometry, RT-PCR, Western blotting, chemiluminescence, and cell culture. The position also involves bioinformatic analyses, including the analysis of single-cell data.\nQualifications\nApplicants must have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in medicine, neuroscience, biology or similar. The applicant must have documented experience in immunological research, including work with advanced animal models. Experience with surgical procedures in mice is particularly advantageous. Furthermore, documented experience with cellular and molecular biology methods is required, including cytotoxicity assays, multicolor flow cytometry, RT-PCR, Western blotting, and cell culture. Experience with bioinformatic analysis of single-cell data is considered an advantage.\nEmployment\nThe employment is fixed-term employment, 7 months, with placement at the Institute of Biomedicine.
