The role combines parts administration with practical warehouse work and suits you if you are comfortable with both administrative and operational tasks.\n\nThe majority of the work consists of order management and parts administration. You will register orders, identify the correct parts using exploded views and parts catalogs, and maintain ongoing contact with customers, technicians, and Solaris parts team in Poland. At the same time, you are part of the warehouse operations and help with picking, packing, and deliveries when needed.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n- Handle incoming and outgoing parts\n- Pick and pack materials\n- Place parts orders via Solaris internal systems\n- Interpret technical drawings and exploded views to identify the correct parts\n- Maintain ongoing contact with workshops, technicians, and customers via phone and email\n- Follow up on items and prices in collaboration with the Polish headquarters\n\nYou work closely with the warehouse manager and have many contact points both internally and externally.
