In this role, you will work both providing individual support and with smaller or larger student groups, based on each student's different circumstances and needs.\nYou will be present as a support in teaching and in the school's daily operations, including during meals. An important part of the role is to strengthen students' sense of security, participation, and opportunity to develop their independence. Together with students and educators, you will work to create good conditions for learning, development, and achievement of goals.\nYou will become part of the school's work team and collaborate closely with educators and other staff.
