It is very important to us that you have a warm and positive attitude toward both children and guardians.\nIn your role as resource staff, you will work to support and stimulate children's language and social development based on their individual needs and circumstances.\nWhat We Offer\nA temporary full-time position (100%), where working hours are based on the children's attendance times and may therefore vary. On days when children are absent, you will work as a substitute in the preschool and be available where the activity has the greatest need.\nQualifications\nYou have completed childcare training.\nWe would appreciate it if you have experience working with children with special needs, but it is not required.
