The administration conducts operations within elderly care, LSS (disability services), social psychiatry, health care, family support, and administrative authority. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute secure, present, and developmental leadership in our operations within elderly care, LSS, and social psychiatry. You will report to the Department Manager and be part of the management team where you currently have your assignment.\n\nAs a Resource Manager, you are an important function within the department. You step into operations in cases such as managerial vacancies, extended absences, organizational changes, or development initiatives. In the role, you are responsible for operations, personnel, finances, and work environment, and contribute with stability, continuity, and structure.\n\nThe role involves quickly familiarizing yourself with new operations and building trust with employees and cooperation partners. You support operations in change and development work, contribute to experience exchange between operational areas, and can also provide support to new manager colleagues. Between managerial assignments, you participate in or lead development and quality work that strengthens operations and contributes to a good work environment.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\u2022 University degree of at least 180 credits in social work, behavioral science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent\n\u2022 Several years of experience working within LSS, social psychiatry, or elderly care\n\u2022 Experience as a leader with responsibility for personnel, budget, and operations\n\u2022 Experience working with systematic work environment management and handling work environment-related issues\n\u2022 Good Swedish in speech and writing\n\u2022 It is advantageous if you have experience from several of the operational areas of elderly care, LSS, and social psychiatry.
