We are looking for an important puzzle piece for our organization that values relational competence. With us, you will work both preventatively and remedially with individual students and groups.\n\nWe have seen good results when our resource teachers and teachers work together to develop and follow up on teaching. The role of resource teacher includes supporting students who need extra practice and support in mathematics. Sometimes in small groups and sometimes individually and as support in the classroom. How the arrangement looks depends on the situation and needs.\n\nYou will work closely with a special education coordinator and special teacher\u2014who will also be your closest colleagues. Our special education coordinator is responsible for establishing intervention programs, but as a resource teacher you are an important part in implementing teaching, documentation, feedback, and supporting teachers in follow-up work.
