You are responsible for planning and updating base schedules in accordance with applicable agreements and guidelines, and for managing both planned and unplanned absences. The role includes mapping resource needs, coordinating summer planning and temporary staff, and actively working toward sustainable work time arrangements.\n\nYou work closely with unit managers, unit assistants, recruitment and staffing units, staffing controllers, and system administrators, and keep yourself continuously updated on Region Gotland's guidelines. When needed, you participate in meetings, APT sessions, and planning days to contribute information and coordination.\n\nThe salary range for a Resource Coordinator is 29,000-34,000 kr\/month. We apply individual salary setting. The final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence, and responsibility in the role, as well as in accordance with applicable collective agreements.\n\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for someone with relevant education in administration or other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience with operations-focused work within LSS and\/or SoL and good administrative knowledge.
