Additionally, we conduct thematic supervision, an important part of preventive oversight where we identify and address common challenges in the industry.\n\nThe agency is currently focusing on money laundering and economic crime, AI and digitalization, and review of sustainability information. As a lawyer, you may become involved in these matters.
