The home is for clients who need substantial cognitive support and seclusion, as well as for clients who struggle with overstimulation. Many of the residents are between 25 and 40 years old.\nWe work according to Humana's three fundamental methods: Low-Affective Approach (LAB), which means we work in a low-key and preventive manner; clarifying pedagogy; and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), to explain activities and tasks in a visually clear and structured way. Much of the work involves supporting clients in their personal development, and we use motivational conversations among other techniques.\nAbout the Position\nWe are now seeking residential support workers for a specialized team linked to one of our clients, but you will also work shifts with other clients at the home. You will work closely together in pairs based on the client's needs and wellbeing.\nIn the team, you will:\n\nProvide individual support, care, and services based on a common working approach\n\n\nPlan and carry out activities with the client\n\n\nCarry out delegated health and medical care tasks\n\n\nContinuous supervision\n\n\nTerms of Employment\nWe are now seeking an employee for a fixed-term position, which could transition to a permanent position in the future. The position is 80-100% and working hours vary, including days, evenings, and weekends.\nWe apply individual salary setting and other compensation is provided according to collective agreements.
