The role is varied and combines process monitoring with practical work out in the facility.\nYour work tasks may include:\n\nMonitoring and controlling parts of the production process\n\nOperating trucks, wheel loaders, or other machinery\n\nHandling material flows and raw materials\n\nResolving minor operational issues\n\nPerforming basic maintenance and equipment care\n\nContributing to order and cleanliness in the facility\n\nCollaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient production\n\nThe work is both independent and team-based, and you'll have the opportunity to develop across several areas of operations.\nThe position is permanent with placement at S\u00f6dra's sawmill in M\u00f6nster\u00e5s, and working hours are shift-based.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a practical and varied role where you take responsibility and work close to production. You have an interest in technology, machinery, and industrial processes and like working solution-oriented. You also have completed upper secondary education or equivalent.\nIt's an advantage (not required) if you have:\n\nExperience in the sawmill industry\/other industrial or production operations\n\nExperience with LEAN\n\nCrane certification\n\nChainsaw certification\n\nExperience operating machinery, such as wheel loaders or trucks\n\nGood computer skills\n\nExperience with shift work\n\nAs a person, you're responsible, engaged, and have a strong safety mindset. You enjoy collaborating with others while being able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
