You are responsible for developing decision support materials, conducting analyses, following up and evaluating results, and contributing proposals for long-term direction within the security area. In this role, you will identify development areas, make strategic prioritizations, and serve as qualified support on security matters at both regional and national levels. You will actively contribute your expertise to further develop the organization's security work. Your area of responsibility also includes matters related to incident reporting (ISAP), as well as follow-up on deviations, investigations, and inspections from both a regional and national perspective. You will participate in the working group handling the national situation assessment and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's fire safety group, and will also serve as a representative in reference groups for development work. In your role, you are expected to promote good cooperation between national and regional levels. You will manage regional security forums and may be part of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's crisis management organization. The work location for this position is the regional office in Malm\u00f6.\nQualifications\nTo succeed in the role of security expert, you must have the ability to independently and systematically drive various security-related matters.
