The expansion creates great opportunities, and multiple new employees within various professions will need to be recruited in the coming years.\nWe have a strong heritage with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service present in Kalmar since 1852, and now we are taking our experience and building for the future of corrections \u2013 we need team members who want to grow with us!\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Security Officer, you will work largely with monitoring security-related activities. You will be part of the local security organization and work both administratively and operatively on security matters. You will have an advisory function on security issues for the management group and work teams, and participate in security forums both internally and externally. In this role, you will investigate and analyze security-related issues. Your work days will vary depending on operational needs. As a Security Officer, you will plan, implement, and follow up on security work to support the facility's mission, as well as lead meetings and competency development for the organization. You will participate in exercise planning, implementation, and evaluation based on identified needs.\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\nEstablish local work procedures and local instructions for the security handbook\nServe as the local ISAP coordinator and conduct analyses of ISAP reporting (incident reporting)\nConducte inspections and controls within the operational area regarding security work in collaboration with management and participate in quality assurance of security work\nIntroduce new employees to security-related areas\n\nQualifications\nYour personal qualities are crucial.
