Then this might be the job for you.\n\nThe Welfare sector is now seeking a security coordinator with special responsibility for Psychological and Social Care (POSOM).\n\nYou will become an important part of our work with safety, security and crisis preparedness and contribute to ensuring we are well equipped when something serious occurs. A central part of the assignment is to create structure and preparedness before an incident and help the municipality act in a coordinated and safe manner when a serious situation arises. You will have many contact points, both within the municipality and with external actors. Currently there is one security coordinator in the team and through this recruitment the function is expanded with an additional security coordinator. You report directly to the real estate manager of the Welfare sector.\n\nYour work duties include:\n\n\t\u2022 Coordinate and develop the municipality's POSOM activities\n\t\u2022 Plan and conduct training and exercises in security and POSOM areas\n\t\u2022 Contribute to and develop good collaboration internally within the municipal group and externally with, for example, other public authorities and civil society\n\t\u2022 Develop governing documents, routines and action plans related to the assignment\n\t\u2022 Support managers and operations within the Welfare sector on security-related matters.\n\nYou also monitor developments in legislation, regulations and national guidelines within security and preparedness and translate relevant knowledge into the municipality's work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAs a security coordinator you will have a broad and varied role in the Welfare sector's security and preparedness work, with a special responsibility for coordinating, developing and maintaining the municipality's POSOM activities.\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\t\u2022 Academic education in crisis preparedness, societal security, social work, behavioral science, psychology or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position.\n\t\u2022 Knowledge of psychosocial support during crises and serious incidents.\n\t\u2022 Good ability to express yourself clearly and appropriately for your target audience in Swedish, both orally and in writing.\n\t\u2022 Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\n\n\t\u2022 Experience in municipal crisis preparedness and the Swedish crisis preparedness system.\n\t\u2022 Experience from municipal operations or other public sector.\n\t\u2022 Experience coordinating and collaborating between multiple actors.\n\t\u2022 Experience planning and conducting training and exercises.\n\t\u2022 Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and national guidelines within security and preparedness.\n\nTo succeed in the role you are:\n\n\t\u2022 Structured- You plan and organize your work well, can prioritize between different tasks and ensure work moves forward.
