We're now looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team and help create structure and efficiency in our sales and marketing organization.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll have a central and coordinating role within FoodSolutions' sales and marketing team. You create structure in daily work, ensure that information and materials are correct and up-to-date, and support the team in a varied combination of system-related, administrative, and business-related tasks.\n\nYou will, among other things:\nAdminister the CRM system and help develop working methods and data quality.\nWork with price lists, product data, validation, and product launches.\nCoordinate artwork and packaging materials in Dragonfly.\nCreate and update sales and marketing materials, including in PowerPoint.\nSupport with marketing budgets, invoice handling, and supplier contacts.\nCoordinate trade show materials, merchandise, and other equipment, and contribute to planning and execution of conferences and larger meetings.\nSupport product- and analysis-related tasks, such as recipe and CO2 calculations.\nProvide business-related support to the team as needed.\n\nThis role suits you if you enjoy variety, take responsibility, and ensure things get done. You don't need to know everything from the start\u2014for the right person, there's an opportunity to develop and gradually take on greater responsibility.\n\nWho Are You?\nWe believe you are self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You can prioritize when many things happen at once and are happy to take your own initiative.\n\nWe would like to see that you have:\nHigher education or equivalent.\nPreferably a couple of years of experience in administration, coordination, sales support, or marketing support.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nInterest in systems, digital tools, and preferably AI.\nFluent Swedish and very good English, both spoken and written.\n\nExperience with CRM, Dragonfly, SAP, or similar systems is a merit but not required.\n\nPractical Information\nThe position is full-time starting in September 2026 and runs initially until September 2027, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. You will be based at our headquarters in Malm\u00f6 and work primarily on-site, approximately four days per week.
