Segment and prioritize the account base using usage data, purchase history, contract\/renewal dates, and account growth potential.\nPipeline Generation Support for Instrument Sales. Support broader pipeline generation activity \u2014 outbound outreach, campaign follow-up, lead qualification \u2014 in partnership with Marketing and Sales.\nData & CRM Ownership. Maintain accurate, current account and opportunity data in the CRM to support forecasting and reporting.\nCross-functional Collaboration. Act as the connective link between Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Finance for anything touching an existing account's ongoing relationship with CELLINK.\nKPI & Performance Reporting. Establish and track a KPI framework for the role: renewal rate, consumables\/bioink revenue growth, share of wallet, pipeline sourced\/supported for instrument sales, and account health.\nSelf-Directed Territory Management.
