You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively across functions, and take pride in delivering excellent service to both customers and colleagues.\nIf you are a proactive team player with strong attention to detail and experience working with ERP and CRM systems, we would love to hear from you.\nYour Responsibilities\nAs an Italian Speaking Sales Support, you will play an important role in supporting our sales and operational processes by:\n\nReceiving and reviewing customer purchase orders against approved quotations.\n\n\nCreating and maintaining customer and item records in our ERP system.\n\n\nUpdating customer information based on data received through internal processes and customer documentation.\n\n\nSupporting customers within regulated industries, including Aerospace and Defense, by following established procedures.\n\n\nScreening items according to company regulations and compliance requirements.\n\n\nAdding applicable costs and processing sales orders.\n\n\nCoordinating order processing between Sales and Purchasing teams.\n\n\nSending order confirmations to customers and sales representatives.\n\n\nMonitoring sales orders and ensuring timely follow-up.\n\n\nProcessing customer prepayments.\n\n\nManaging blanket sales orders and generating sales releases when needed.\n\n\nCreating sales return orders.\n\n\nRunning planning activities and creating assembly orders to support operational flow.\nWho You Are\nWe believe you are a structured and service-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with others and solving problems efficiently.
