You contact new customers by phone to book digital advisory meetings, map their needs, and offer the right insurance solutions. You work with If's entire product range, including home, car, and personal insurance.\nYour introduction starts with a three-week training period where you learn If's products, systems, sales approach, and way of working. Through continuous coaching, you receive support to grow in the role and develop as a salesperson.\nThis is a permanent full-time position where If applies a 6-month trial employment period. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 10-18 and Fridays 09:45-14:00.\nQualifications and Characteristics\nTo succeed in the role of sales insurance advisor, you need to appreciate working at a fast pace, value learning and development, and be motivated by working toward clear goals. You are confident in reaching out, handling objections, and guiding the customer toward well-founded decisions.\nYou take ownership of your tasks and see every customer meeting as an opportunity to create value, both for the customer and for the business.
