At the beginning of your employment, you'll handle service calls from private customers to develop your knowledge of Telia's products and services. Once you master this, the goal is for you to instead take Telia's order calls concerning questions about an order or delivery of a product. Your main task is to listen to the customer's needs and offer the best possible service.
