Children in preschool shall receive a safe education where care, development and learning form a whole.\nWork as a childcare worker means that you, together with your work team, create a safe and developmental education for the children at the preschool. The work is challenging, exciting, creative and takes place in close collaboration with your work team and colleagues at the preschool. As a childcare worker, you are part of a work team and participate in planning, implementation and evaluation of the education offered to the children. You collaborate with your work team and together you offer the children fun and educational instruction.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who are trained as a childcare worker (alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent) and speak S\u00e1mi (for example Northern S\u00e1mi or Lule S\u00e1mi).\nIt is important:\nthat you are familiar with our governing document, Curriculum for Preschool (Lpf\u00f618),\nthat you are a confident and clear leader, have a flair for taking your own initiative, are positive and have trust in children's various competencies,\nthat you care about trusting relationships with children and guardians and that you have good collaboration skills,\nthat you use pedagogical conversations and pedagogical documentation in your work,\nthat you use visual supports and TAKK (signs as alternative and supplementary communication),\nthat you are interested in developing the preschool.\nVery good skills in Swedish both spoken and written are a requirement for the position.
