The assignment combines preventive and outreach work with a coordination responsibility for the Reception unit's daily operations, corresponding to a lead social worker role.\n\nYou will coordinate and develop the municipality's preventive work together with, among others, schools, preschools, family centers, open care, recreational activities, the municipality's crime prevention team, and police. An important part of the work is to create sustainable contact points between operations and contribute to children, young people, and families receiving support at an early stage.\n\nThe assignment includes:\n\ncoordinating and developing preventive work based on the new social services legislation\n\nworking in an outreach and relationship-building manner in different operations and environments\n\nparticipating in and leading collaboration forums\n\nidentifying needs and initiating, driving, and following up projects and development initiatives\n\nsupporting and guiding social workers in the Reception unit's daily work\n\ncontributing to structure, quality, methodology development, and uniform handling in the Reception\n\nworking at individual, group, and community level\n\nfollowing up results and contributing to development work taking sustainable and long-term forms.\n\nThe work involves great variety.
