You will work strategically, coordinatively, and developmentally together with engaged colleagues in the Safety and Security unit with a particular focus on civil defense.\n\nThe Assignment\nYou will manage established routines while also launching new initiatives within our complex operations:\n- Operation and planning of the municipality's civil defense work\n- Develop the unit's processes \u2013 improve and streamline work methods and workflows from decision to follow-up\n- Development and implementation of guidelines, directives, and policies\n- Overall work regarding the municipal group's insurance matters\n- Work with security protection\n- Participation in municipal-wide networks to strengthen civil defense capacity\n- Collaborate on civil defense with the municipality's operations, external actors (for example Region Stockholm, the County Administrative Board, the Armed Forces, and the Police) as well as the business sector and civil society\n\nChallenges and Opportunities\nThe civil defense sector is in an intensive development phase and society's demands for crisis and war preparedness are constantly increasing.
