You believe in young people's abilities and potential and want to create activities where they feel welcome and included.\nAtom Studios is part of the leisure activities run by the City of Gothenburg.\nResponsibilities\nAs a coordinator, you are a hub between staff, young people, associations, collaborating partners, and other activities in the building. You combine activity development, coordination, and team leadership with hands-on work with young people. You plan and follow up on activities, lead and support the work team, plan staffing and priorities, and drive development initiatives with colleagues.\nYou manage the team at Atom Studios and support service functions in the building. You create structure and collaboration between activities and maintain contact with, among others, the Culture School, Angered Folk High School, the Health Center, and associations. You also have an overview of bookings and facility use. You coordinate events and arrangements and create conditions for young people to participate, create, and organize themselves.\nThe role suits you if you thrive with switching between the big picture and details\u2014from activity planning to practical situations and meetings with young people.\nQualifications\nYou have higher education and several years of experience managing and coordinating activities. Experience with association collaboration, cultural activities, event production, or work in areas with socioeconomic challenges is a merit.\nYou like to make things happen and are structured, flexible, and solution-oriented. You can prioritize and follow up even when many things are happening at once. You are confident in managing others and create engagement around shared goals.
