The work should take place in collaboration with children, families, schools, associations, residents of the local area, civil society organizations, housing companies, libraries, and other operations within the City of Bor\u00e5s, among others.\nIn your role, you are the link between the school and the local community, and you ensure that collaboration and the activities included in this approach function well. The role involves planning and coordinating a wide range of activities within both culture and sports. In some cases, you will also lead your own activities. Working hours are daytime, though evening and weekend work may occur.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with broad experience in community-focused social work, preferably with a university degree. We want you to have experience working in schools and\/or with children and young people, as well as experience with the nonprofit sector and civil society organizations within sports, culture, or similar areas.\nFor this position, we value knowledge and experience in process and project management. A prerequisite for succeeding in this role is that you have a networking approach and are skilled at building good relationships that promote collaboration between different stakeholders and professions.
