Situated in a rural setting with proximity to nature.\nWe work based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods with a focus on CBT. With the help of clarifying pedagogy, we can create structure and safety, which helps clients understand their daily life and take responsibility for their development.\nAbout the Position\nAs coordinator\/assistant operations manager, you will work alongside the operations manager with operational responsibility for the unit. You are expected to independently lead, organize, and develop operations in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, objectives, policy documents, and in accordance with the client's assignment. You will serve as a supervisor for your colleagues and also work with certain tasks that are part of the role of therapeutic pedagogue.\nThe work will also include being an important part of daily contact with the young people by, among other things, being present in everyday situations and providing supportive conversations.\nAs coordinator\/assistant operations manager at HVB Villa Nora, you will primarily work on the following in consultation with the operations manager:\n- Primary responsibility for clients\n- Coordinate work tasks, review, and develop the quality of operations\n- Resource planning\n- Establish and revise implementation plans\n- Documentation\n- Coach and guide staff\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you are good at building relationships and have strong collaborative skills.\nThe position requires education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or at least a two-year post-secondary education, such as therapeutic pedagogue or social pedagogue.
