The assignment offers great variety, many contact points, and good opportunities to contribute to concrete development with significance for future patient-centered care.\nPlease read about your benefits with us; you will also find information about regulations regarding salary and compensation.\nJob Description\nYou are responsible for coordinating and driving the development of precision medicine within Region \u00d6sterg\u00f6tland and coordinating work within GMC, the region's node in Genomic Medicine Sweden. The role includes: collaborating with decision-makers, operations, and Link\u00f6ping University to identify needs and drive development; coordinating initiatives and developing goals and action plans; representing the area in local, regional, and national forums; contributing as project manager in establishing an ATMP center and future precision medicine center. As GMC coordinator, you bring together local working groups and participate in national forums.\nWork Group\nThe position is placed within the development functional area at the regional management office and is governed by a precision medicine council. You work closely with medical advisors and in collaboration with the Precision Medicine Laboratory and Clinical Genomics Link\u00f6ping.\nAbout You\nYou have relevant academic education; experience in precision medicine, genomics, or related areas is a merit. You have good understanding of healthcare organization and experience in coordination or project management in complex contexts.\nYou are accustomed to working in multidisciplinary environments and driving work forward toward set goals. Experience with national collaborations, GMC, or collaboration between region and university is a merit. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and relationship-building.
