You become part of an operation in development where your experiences, ideas, and your commitment are important.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nAs a specially qualified contact person, you work on behalf of social services with children and young people who need intensive support to break negative patterns and strengthen positive development. The work is based on the young person's needs, risk and protective factors, and decided goals.\n\nThe role involves working closely with the young person in their everyday life. You build relationships, create trust, and provide support, but you also need to be clear, maintain direction, and motivate change.
