You will drive security-related initiatives from analysis through implementation and contribute to a modern Zero Trust environment.\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\u2022 Manage Active Directory and tiering model as well as separated administrative accounts.\n\u2022 Work with Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, Just-In-Time Access, and Conditional Access.\n\u2022 Handle MFA, SSO, FIDO2, access reviews, and account lifecycle management.\n\u2022 Manage Microsoft Defender XDR\/Defender for Endpoint, Intune\/MDM, and Azure Arc.\n\u2022 Perform security hardening of Windows and identity environments.\n\u2022 Analyze and manage incidents in collaboration with SOC, including containment and escalation.\n\u2022 Contribute to vendor assessments, compliance work, penetration testing, and improved security procedures.\n\u2022 Automate and document using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe seek someone with practical experience in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and IAM who can independently drive technical security matters. Experience with AD Tiering, PAM\/EPM, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Microsoft Defender, EDR, Azure Arc, Intune, Windows Server, PowerShell, or Microsoft Graph API is a plus. Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, NIST 800-171, or CMMC L2 is an advantage.\n\nAs a person, you are self-directed, organized, and comfortable communicating with IT operations, system administration, SOC partners, and external vendors.
