As section manager, you have personnel responsibility. This means you have daily dialogue with the section's employees, conduct check-ins and follow-up discussions, work with employees' work environment and professional development, and more. You are part of the unit's management group and report to the unit manager. You contribute to the work of continuously developing the governance and structures that build up delivery capability.\n\nThe Swedish Tax Agency develops and manages IT support in cooperation with other authorities. We are now seeking a manager and leader to lead a section that will develop and manage IT support for other authorities. Your work location is either Sundbyberg or Visby. Regular travel between locations is part of the assignment. The section has approximately 20 employees, both employed staff and consultants.\n\nOur operation is in constant development and change. We have a shared view of how leadership contributes to this, how we achieve results, and promote a culture of change.
