You will be the manager of one of the sections within the Employer Unit of the HR Department. You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 18 employees, participate in the unit's management group, and report to the unit manager. The section provides close HR support to Skatteverket's departments in both strategic and operational matters. The section consists of two department teams with broad expertise in the HR field. As section manager in the Employer Unit, your assignment is to create conditions for the teams, ensure relevant delivery based on operational needs, and actively contribute to all areas of the unit's responsibility. You should also live up to our employee policy.\n\nIn this position, you should:\n- have the ability to see the whole picture with a focus on customer value\n- have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission\n- have the ability to act deliberately in your daily work based on good self-awareness\n- be able to manage and analyze information flows, see connections, define scope, and convey information\n- have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other.\n\nYou should also have:\n- a university degree of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in social sciences, behavioral sciences, law, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer\n- current practical experience with change management\n- current experience as a manager in the HR field\n- management experience from a large and complex organization.\n\nIt is desirable that you have experience from a state agency and from partnering with the customer to drive major shifts in operations and culture. It is also desirable that you have experience developing independent teams.\n\nGood to Know\nThe employment is permanent and may be initiated with a probationary period of six months.
