We work in close collaboration with municipalities, suppliers, and other actors.\n\nThe Section Manager's Assignment and Responsibility\nYour assignment as section manager involves operational and personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees. You are responsible for ensuring that the section's results match established goals and expectations.\n\nAs section manager, you have an important assignment to create well-functioning work teams and together with your employees drive and develop the operation. You enable strong performance, high job satisfaction, and a good work environment by working in accordance with the Swedish Public Employment Service's leadership criteria. Your work takes place in strong partnership within and outside your own section and in good collaboration with labor unions.\n\nYou are part of the unit manager's management group and will jointly with them and the other section managers be responsible for the entire unit's results and development.
