You'll be responsible for designing robust solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across Dynamics 365 projects.\nThis role combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, ideal for someone who enjoys both architecting systems and getting their hands dirty with code.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Sales or Marketing).\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and scalable design.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions.\nDevelop, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 components using Power Platform, Plugins, Workflows, and integrations (e.g., Azure, Dataverse, APIs).\nDefine and enforce coding standards, CI\/CD pipelines, and technical governance across environments.\nParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nSupport solution documentation, estimation, and release planning.\nPersonal Attributes\nA natural mentor and problem-solver who enjoys helping others grow.\nComfortable balancing strategic design thinking and hands-on delivery.\nCurious, proactive, and passionate about building sustainable technical foundations.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\nQualifications\nStrong C#, .NET, JavaScript\/TypeScript and Power Platform experience.\nProven experience in solution design, data modeling, and system integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, REST APIs, etc.).\nExperience mentoring and guiding technical teams in agile environments.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI\/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud services.\nOur Offer\nGood remuneration, a challenging and international work environment, and the possibility to work with some of the best in the field.
